Sarah Nayler grew up in Norfolk. She studied art at Great Yarmouth and Hull University. She moved to London in 1994 and soon started working as a professional illustrator for the Evening Standard Magazine. She worked on loads of fun and interesting projects that you can find out more if you click on the Sarah's Work link.
She met her husband Tim at Hull University and they have two children, Alfie who is 7 and Polly who is 4.
This was a charity close to Sarah's heart (so to speak). After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2004, Sarah became an avid fund raiser for Breakthough Breast Cancer (home page).
In 2006 Sarah and Charlotte from NB Illustration did a 60km walk around London and between them raised nearly £4,500. (on the right there are some photos from the walk).
Sarah also did a charity calendar, fundraisers and paintings for raffle prizes including the one on the right of 1-10 animals.
Please help to continue Sarah's fund raising for Breakthrough Breast Cancer, in the hope that one day this disease will no longer be the threat that it is today.
Please go and make a donation in her memory, simply and completely securely. All you need to do is click here to go directly to her charity page.
